ADMISSION :: $15 VES Member, $25 Adult (18+), $20 Youth (13-17), Kids 12 and under free
CAMPING OVERNIGHT :: $10 per tent, $20 per RV — limited spaces, Saturday evening only

To help ensure a safe and fun celebration for all, there will be limited admission tickets available for our 2024 event. Please purchase your admission in advance in order to ensure entry to the Mäeotsa property.
Admission at the gate may not be available as we expect the event to sell out. If capacity is available, admission at the gate will be $30 for all adults (youth & children pricing same as below). Capacity updates will be shared both here and at our email newsletter closer to the event.

Food and beverages will be available for purchase throughout the day. There will be a variety of foods including sandwiches, European wiener meals with sauerkraut and potatoes (from 2-9pm), hot dogs, desserts, plus smoked fish in the afternoon!

- 13:00: Mäeotsa property gates open for admission
- 13:30: Flag raising
- 14:00: Jaanipäev outdoor games
- 16:30: Welcoming remarks
- 17:00: Läänetuul Mixed Choir*
- 18:00: Koidik and Kilplased Estonian Folk Dancers*
- 18:30: Group dances
- 19:30: Lottery draw
- 20:00: Jaanituli (dependent on fire restrictions)
- 21-23:00: The Silver Stars Band!
*kitchen and bar will close during performances in respect of the show!
We are currently seeking prize donations for our Jaanipäeva loterii. All proceeds from Jaanipäev and the lottery draw will go towards Mäeotsa. For lottery prize donations, please contact Ingrid at: ingrid.soide@gmail.com.

Rules and Regulations for Events at Mäeotsa:
Thank you for your kind respect of liquor license and fire safety regulations by following the rules below, ensuring we are able to continue enjoying a fun and family-friendly Jaanipäev celebration together for years to come.
- ABSOLUTELY NO OUTSIDE ALCOHOL ALLOWED ON THE PROPERTY! This is very important for us to continue to offer beverage service according to liquor license regulations. Beverages will be available for purchase in the hall, helping to support our fundraiser. Those found consuming outside alcohol during the event will be asked to leave the property.
- We suggest bringing along drinking water from home. There will be bottled water for sale at the hall, however bringing along a reusable water bottle from home can help save waste and cost.
- Be prepared for changing weather conditions. The hall is not heated. Pack along layers, bug spray, and sun protection.
- If camping overnight on Saturday (note the camping cost for staying at the property), please be courteous of those around you. Pack in & pack out all campsite waste & recyclables.
- Campers must depart on Sunday by 12pm.
- No personal propane fires or grills are allowed at your camping or parking spot.
- Kindly respect noise levels on the property. No personal speakers or music at your vehicle.
- All dogs must be leashed while on the property grounds. This is to ensure the safety of all our furry friends.
- No garbage or additional wood can be added to the jaanituli bonfire, again respecting our bonfire permit regulations and ensuring we can have a safe event for all to enjoy.
- Bears and wildlife visit our property! Please do not leave food or drinks out at your vehicle.
